You can receive a copy of all your information, if any, held by JQL. Please
send a cheque or International Money Order for £5.00 (Sterling), drawn on
an UK Bank, for each search required, along with your full name and address to:

Kingdom.
If we do not have any information about you that matches the information contained
in your correspondence, we advise you of this, in writing, at the address given
